Past Event/Fundraising:

• Movie Night (10/3/25)

  • Attendance was low across all three schools, particularly McLelland and Gonic; all attending families were from Maple.

  • Gonic did not communicate the event, and McLelland’s communication was limited.

  • The board agreed to host a Maple-only event next year. Budget is available.

  • The 2025 event came in under budget.

• City Event (10/10/25)

• Volunteers (encourage fingerprinting for all interested parents)
